VINTAGE Acoustic Research speakers

QR Code Link to This Post I have one Acoustic Research ARS115PSB subwoofer currently in the down firing configuration in the original cabinet, which is in excellent condition. I have looked for a replacement amp to no avail. This is a 15 in Bob Carver designed Sunfire subwoofer. This speaker can be sold with or without the cabinet. If purchased with cabinet, speaker would need to be a local pickup due to size (no shipping). I have a pair of Acoustic Research AR 1 HR (high resolution) tower speakers. These speakers have the same 15 in Sunfire subwoofer (side firing) as mentioned above (mounted in the lower side of cabinet) in addition to one dome tweeter and two mid range speakers. ALL speakers and cabinets are in excellent condition. The electronics have been damaged and are not replaceable. The speakers are available with or without cabinets. If purchased with cabinets speakers would need to be a local pickup due to size (no shipping). I have both speaker crossover units which appear to be good and would include them should someone take the cabinets as well or purchase ALL the tower speakers together. A detailed information sheet explaining the AR 1 HR tower speaker is attached. All speakers have been tone tested and are ALL in working condition. In essence there are three (3) 15 in subwoofers potentially for sale minus cabinets. Price is $185 ea. I would prefer to sell the AR 1 towers intact with all the speakers mounted. Price for the pair is $750 as is or $500 each as is. I would sell a full set of speakers (one sub, one tweeter and two mid ranges) for $400 each set. Shipping of speakers without cabinets may be possible after getting estimates for shipping and handling to whatever destination within CONUS and paid by buyer. I am the original owner of all speakers and they come from a non smoking environment. NOTE: I also have an Acoustic Research AR 2 C Center Channel speaker that completed the above system. It is in excellent working condition and is for sale.
