EMC JetSink Automatic Parts Washing Cabinet

QR Code Link to This Post The EMC JetSink is a fully-insulated double-walled automatic aqueous parts washing cabinet. The 25 gallon tank will heat water to a boil. A 1.5 horsepower motor and centrifugal pump circulates cleaning solution at the rate of 120 GPM through 80 separate jets. These high volume jet ports face in all directions: front, back, left, right, up and down. Washing area opening is 24-1/4" by 12-1/4" and is 15" deep. I always had great results using an alkaline parts washing detergent powder with the thermostat set for 160º. A removable metal rack, small parts basket, and 200 mil nylon sock filter are included. The seven day timer allows the unit to turn the heat on at a fixed schedule (or you can do it manually like I did) and a dial timer allows the user to place parts in the machine, set the timer, and walk away. The water jets will turn off when the timer runs out. There is a 1" full port ball valve for skimming oil off the top of the cleaning solution, and another 1" full port ball valve for draining the tank for clean out. The unit is powder coated blue, although some of the coating has worn away with use. The machine is currently set up for single phase 220 power on a 50 amp circuit.
